Studio Rules for External Clients Welcome to Safehouse Istanbul. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, we kindly ask that you review and follow the guidelines below: 1. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are delayed, inform us as soon as possible. Sessions will end at the scheduled time. 2. Respect for Equipment Our equipment must be treated with care. Any damage caused by negligence will incur additional fees for repair or replacement. 3. No Outside Food or Drinks Food and drinks are not allowed in the recording areas, except for water. Please be mindful of spills. 4. Sound Levels and Volume Please maintain appropriate volume levels during sessions. Excessive volumes may damage equipment, and you will be responsible for any resulting costs. 5. Guests and Visitors Only those directly involved in the session (musicians, producers, engineers, etc.) are permitted in the studio. Additional guests must be approved in advance. 6. Noise and Distractions Be mindful of noise in the waiting areas to avoid disrupting sessions. 7. Recording Session Etiquette Come prepared with all necessary materials. Clear communication of your goals will help us make the most of your session. 8. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a fee. Refunds are only available if cancelled 2 hours prior to the session. 9. Payment and Fees All payments must be made prior to the session via credit card on our website. 10. Personal Belongings Safehouse Istanbul is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
